Great products and customer service!! Loving my new Smittybilt winch!

I ordered this winch and winch plate to fit my Smitty Built stinger bumper and everything fit very well. I tested the winch by pulling the full length of cable off, attaching to my tractor and dragging my Jeep (out of gear but gently applying breaks) until to the end of the cable. I am pleased but I did my research before I purchased this winch. You Tube can be your friend.

Added this to my 2019 JLUR on an after market copy of the Mopar Stubby steel bumper. While it's a tight fit on the bumper, it does fit. Installation is straight forward and SB includes color instructions that are easy to follow. On the trail it performs great and I have no issues in the half dozen or so times I have used to help others that got stuck in mud or over a large rock.

Simple install. All cables came the right length for our 2020 jeep wrangler. Great features. Came with everything needed. Had it assembled and installed in about an hour. Came well packaged nothing damaged. Really like the lighted spool and flashlight on remote. The line pull warning on remote is also a great added feature. All its features is why we chose it.

So far I am very happy with this. Easy to Install. The instructions could be a bit better but it is not that complicated. Love the positive battery access point. Haven't had to use the winch yet so no opinion on it yet. I'm glad I went with the synthetic after helping someone else with a synthetic rope winch. Much easier to drag the synthetic rope up a hill.

The Smittybilt XRC 9500 Gen 3 is a great winch. Smooth and quiet operation. The handset controller is ergonomic and easy to use. I especially like the magnets and the built in flashlight.

Installation instructions were not as complete as I expected, but I didn't have any problems with the installation. Even though they specified blue Loctite for the rope anchor screw, they didn't include any. So I had to run to the auto parts store. You will also want to watch some YouTube videos to help you decide on the best wire routing for your Jeep. Overall, though, it's not too difficult. The winch ran smoothly loading the rope. The load indicator on the controller is a very nice feature.

Great transaction with the guys at 4wheel Parts, Can't remember the sales persons name but he was very helpful, I recently bought my Jeep and he came outside to check it out and was able to tell me the type of lift I have and give me pointers on different things about my rubicon. The winch was a breeze to install, I haven't used it yet but I'm happy to have it just in case!
