Maximum Distance:Vertical manipulation on the hotspot allows the brightest part of the beam to project further down the road without compromising surrounding illumination box
Better, not Brighter: Perfectly balanced to maximize visibility for high speed driving. There are Spot beam patterns available from competitors that do produce more peak intensity, but the heavy focus into a central hotspot dilutes their ability to effectively illuminate the field of vision that the spot beam consumer desires.

Super High Beam: Successfully projects a beam pattern that’s compliant with FVMSS108 UB2 table for use as a high beam
Targeted Width: The combo beam isn’t a simple 50/50 wide/spot beam. The beam covers the full width of the road with an ample amount of light, while providing meaningful center intensity
Balance: The intensity between the center and wide reaches of the beam has been carefully distributed to avoid washing out one or the other

Extensive effort went into ensuring the reliability of the product. High power means high heat, which is why the 2Banger features a copper DTP (direct thermal path) PCB that maximizes heat-transfer to the radiator, which has been optimized through numerous rounds of thermal analysis. The cast aluminum shell is electroplated before powder coating to withstand flaking
The gasket system, integrated DT power connection, and breather valves all designed according to IP69K standards for full weather resistance.
