Best buy iv made so far

I found these puppies on here and looked at lots of others like fox and king shocks before I got these I got these in the end I did a ton of research and found these will do the job perfectly for a heavy duty shock and to help smooth out the bumps in the bad roads in Ohio and off road they work even better a have never used a shock iv been so happy with how everything came together and worked I did like the fox shocks but there extremely expensive and these 5160s work just as good if not better then fox shocks love them to death!!!!

Excellent shocks

The installation went well with the instructions that were provided. The ride is noticeable better only time will tell if the shocks will continue to perform as well as in the reviews that I read. I am very happy with the results so far.

Top notch

This kit may have cost more but I’m sure it’s going to b well worth the money. It’s nothing like a standard leveling kit

awesome ride now

i paired these shocks and used .75 coils spacers and with the bilstein 6112 on the front set at 2.8. the ride is so much better than oem. bumps/potholes arent as harsh/bone jarring as the oem shocks. also the shocks are beautiful with the remote reservoir

Ditch the Ranchos!

Far better then the stock z71 Rancho shocks. Instead of shuttering and skipping around when you hit a bump, these 5160s just absorb the impact and make you feel more connected to the road. They are still a stiff suspension so you won’t get that “Cadillac feel”, but I guarantee it is far better then the stock z71 Ranchos and these will last a long time while still maintaining towing capabilities. Also the additional articulation you get out of the 5160s due to the remote reservoir holding the piston instead of the main shock body is a dramatic difference off road.

2016 F150 XLT - Kings up front, Billies out back.

Bought these as supplemental rear shocks while I rebuild/revalve my KINGS. Honestly I think I'll take my time revalving the Kings so I can try to get them to ride smoother. In the mean time these Bilsteins are truly impressive! Very satisfied. I haven't had them long enough to speak to their durability but they certainly perform just as well as the Kings did on my F150. They provide a much smoother on-road ride quality. Softer than the Kings but not too soft. They are firm enough to keep the truck from bouncing on the leaf springs but soft enough that they dont throw the back end around when things get rough. The Kings were valved with too much compression and would cause the back end to be way too firm. Washboard at slow speed was a nightmare. The faster you go, the smoother the Kings would get. But slow speeds didnt even move the shaft. +1 Bilstein

Shockingly good!!

Had them on the truck for about a month now, feel slightly stiffer but not much different from factory ride. The short dirt road I’ve driven on, the truck has been smooth and responsive. I’d recommend them.

Get the parts you want, cheaper, and sooner.

The 5160's are great shocks, shipped fast and free, got a coupon code online and even saved some money for other truck stuff.

Great shocks and looks awesome!!

Great shocks for the money! I combined with Coach builder shackles in the rear for almost 2” Lift. Also used Bilstein 6112 and shins for 3” lift in the front.
