Absolutely great bumper, the welds were absolutely amazing and all around fab work, I did have to spread the side mounts a 1/2 inch to fit on.

I installed this bumper on my second Gen Toyota Hilux surf. Immediately upon it's arrival I noticed how heavy/ well built this bumper is. It's definitely confidence inspiring. Like other have said, you might have to knock the mounts with a hammer to get them lined up depending on the spacing of the brackets. this took maybe 2 mins to do. No big deal. I mounted a winch on mine without any drama but definitely install the winch before bolting up the bumper as you wont have space to slide the winch in from the top once installed. The bumper shows up raw, so I sprayed mine with raptor acid etching primer followed by 5 coats of raptor liner for a nice tough finish. The only downside to this bumper is that it exposes the front of the inner fender and brackets, it's not the best look but with a little chopping you can remove those bits.
