I bought this for my 1994 4Runner SR5 and the brackets aren't even equal distance from the center. One is 14in and the other is 12in so I can't even slightly bend the thing to make it fit either. If you value your time, don't waste your money on this.

3.0The need to modify
Had to adjust bolt placement, but after solid axle swapping my 4runner that seems to be par for the course. Main thing for others to keep in mind, if you are planning on throwing a wench on it also plan on modifying your grill. The bumper doesn't give much room. I had to make room by cutting up my grill and welding the fair lead to the bumper itself.

3.0Solid bumper but extra mods and hardware required.
Didn't come with new hardware (unlike the TG rear bumper which came with all new hardware), but I was able to repurpose 4 of the old bolts to support the side mounts (2 on each side). I didn't feel confident in the integrity of mounting with only having the bumper mounted on the sides so after some thinking and tinkering, I found that the bolts holding the factory recovery points were the right size to go through the front of the bumper and into the crossmember threads. 2 bolts through the front made me much more confident in the hold and the bumper felt much more secure.
Additionally, the bumper's front holes didn't line up properly with the threads of the crossmember so it took some convincing with a hammer and a step drill bit to get the bolts through.
Despite the inconveniences noted above, it's a solid product and I would recommend it to a friend (with the above caveats, of course). Looks great too.
Also, turn signals need to be relocated so keep that in mind.
