You can buy more expensive versions of this equipment, but that doesn't mean they're better. This is a solid piece, does the job and I saved a lot of money buying this one.

Very heavy duty receiver at a great value, rust free is a huge plus

At first, I was skeptical due to the overall look and build of the hitch. I did not pay full retail however at this time I would pay twice retail for this hitch. It will transform you from a mere mortal to a towing god in the eyes of anyone who casts a gaze in your direction. This hitch in 1 day has ruined countless marriages by showing inadequacy in partners chosen as wives realize their mistake in not marrying a man who owns a smittybilt drop hitch. How does it tow well just say pay attention to your geography books cause I'm about to move colorado to the pacific ocean

The Smittybuilt mount is the best trailer hitch I have ever owned. First, it is made of high strength aluminum (6061-T6 I believe) so it will always look good and never rust. Second, I have 2 boat trailers with different size balls, so the simple 180 degree "flip" of the hitch works perfect without changing out the complete hitch each time I change trailers. Third, the adjustable holes make each different trailer tow at the proper height so each trailer is level at all times. I look forward to many years of service from this terrific hitch! This hitch is quality made and works great.

Easy to switch size ball. Looks GREAT.

Only towed a few times around town. No isseues with product so far. Only complaint is that there is a lot of play/slack fitment. Will have to purchase an anti rattle hitch. Wish smittybilt would redo their blueprint on measurements so its a little more accurate.

Worked great. Was able to adjust it down for the trailer I needed to tow. Its heavy and expect it to hold up a long time. 1-7/8" and 2" ball, 0-6" drop

Great Hutch. Light weight and height is appropriate height for my F350 4x4 also easy to install
