Reviews: Pro Comp ES9000 Series Shocks

I am extremely impressed with this shock. I have a 4" lift on my 07 Wrangler but still had the factory stocks using extensions. I've been waiting almost a year to replace the shocks and steering stabilizer and these shocks are an immense improvement!! Super smooth on the highway and great articulation off-road. Highly recommended. On a side note, the original set of ES9000's were for a stock height Jeep and wouldn't fit. 4WD sent me shipping labels in my email and I printed them and took the boxes to the UPS store to ship at no cost to me. 10 days later I had my new shocks mounted! Great customer service!! I've shopped at many, many online vehicle stores and 4WD.com gave me the best service. They even called twice to make sure I was happy. I'm a 4WDer for life!

They compliment my .5" rear springs on my 5th generation 4runner nicely.

We are the only ones that had this older one that I needed. They were great.

Pro comp shocks are good they are what I have ran on my 04 ram 2500 since 05 when I built it I love them for the money and there life span I have ran 3 sets since well 2.5 4wp said they had them ordered them 2 weeks later when I call to find out what’s going on I get told we only have half your order we don’t Cary those anymore I give pro comp 5 stars 4wp negative 5 stars I run two separate company’s for my self pretty sure I could throw in 4wp with my schedule and probably run it better than they could

Lots of adapters came with these, to make fitment a breeze. Shipped quickly. Customer service was awesome had purchased the pro comp 6 inch lift 23 years ago, called customer service to confirm part number was still current. Gentleman on phone confirmed and we ordered!
