Amazing bumper. Love what spyder has come up with. It's strong as an ox but still small and out of the way. The tow points are crazy beefy a look great with some D-links. Have pulled out many diesel trucks that have lost their way lol

Bought this from my local shop in Alaska, payed $345.00 total but that beats $400+ from any online store because of freight shipping. Overall it requires cutting and welding, the template they show in the instructions is different than the one they give you thus making it a little bit hard to be precise when cutting the frame. But even then you have some room to play with in case you F up. The angle of departure you gain from this crossmember is insane and it makes the rear of your jeep look minimilastic but useful. You might have to use a dremel or round file to scrape some metal off the tow hitch receiver because for some reason the hole is a little bit too tight for a regular tow hitch pin.

I purchased the bumper and crossmember knowing that the two inch receiver was not rated and approved, but was told it was built to be stronger than the factory tow receiver that was bolted to the factory rear crossmember. Factory is rated for 3500# with 300# Tongue weight. I love the design of both items however the crossmember did break around the receiver between the dimples on each side. This was after many trips and still held together all the way home pulling my trailer. Probably had started to crack long before, but with the bumper over the top, I didn’t notice. Going to modify it and fix myself. I would say that it is not as strong as factory receiver and hope that no one is told that moving forward. I love the products made by PSC, and I think that is the best looking JK rear bumper on the market. I should have removed the bumper and inspected the receiver at some point, live and learn.
