Love these tires!

I've put about 30k on these tires with little wear and have had no issues, even on ice I give it an 8.5 out of 10 and everywhere else a 10, snow/summer driving, city and highway driving and four wheeling

Great tires besides being pricey , saves on being in 4x4 50%

Many times I should be in 4x4 but do not have to with these tires !!! GREAT TIRES, besides the high price.

Hummer H3

I bought five of these tires when they first came out, for my Hummer H3. Only now am I looking to buy a new set. They have no problems. They work well in all on-road and off-road conditions. They last a long time. They look great. They are mighty good tires! No Bull.

Incredible off-road tire!

A good mud terrain is very necessary when four wheeling! These tires are strong, the Kevlar sidewall is fantastic when airing the tires down for traction on rock as well as a strong sidewall. They have great grip, the tread is great for wet and mud and all the way to dry and loose. They also last quite well considering the soft compound. Highly recommend!

40,000 miles and a whole lot more to go

We needed a tire that would serve on our 93 suburban for road trips and then as a farm truck when we got there, with four kids; flats and problems are not an option. I bought these in 2011 have driven them in all conditions for 40,000 miles i just rotated then for the first time 500 miles ago (my fault) and that being said they just started to cup from lack of rotation and already straighting themselves out. When i got them i was expecting road noise and droning from mud terrains, I was pleasantly surprised there was none. They handle extremely well for what they are, traction is fantastic in snow (I pull the neighbors out in 2wd in snow), 4x4 for wet grass uphill, and slow down in light rain. Never a flat ( knock on wood) And i still have the knobbies on the sidewall. I have not reached the halfway mark on them. I will say i lost 2mpg hwy due to sheer weight of the tire, but i didn't buy them for mpg. If you want a laugh tell your installer you want them "roadforce balanced" and watch

Gets you home

My job puts my vehicle in axel deep mud, in the woods, climbing steep rocky grades, in the ice and snow along unplowed trails, stream crossings, and in places without roads. I always carry tire chains and a truck jack. The point is these tires and my FJ Cruiser have always gotten me home. Isn't that the whole point of buying an aggressive tread tire? I would recommend the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar and 10 ply to anyone doing off-road and highway driving mix.

Great

35/12.5" mtr is agressive and stands out! But isn't loud. Great on the dunes too

Would not accept anything less!

This is my 4th set of MT/R's: 2nd on my '02 Wrangler - 1st 2 sets w/o Kevlar on my '97 - and all have lasted better than 80K miles. Nearly puncture-proof (1 flat in all 4 sets; ran over a chunk of sharp steel on the freeway); never stuck; acceptable highway noise; couldn't imagine running any other tire.

Excellent Tires!!!

These tires have enhanced my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Not only do they perform well on and off road, but they also look awesome. So far, so good. Smooth ride on the highway and reliable in the sand and mud. I drive in and out of construction sites and no flats as of yet. This is a tough tire with a sharp look. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade.

Excellent overall tires for SUV/Truck

This is my second set of Kevlars, 1st set got around 50k miles with regular rotation (including spare). These tires perform as well on the road as they do off road. Despite the aggressive tread pattern they are relatively quiet on road and at highway speeds for this type of tire. On road handling in the wet can get some traction issues with aggressive driving, but never felt unsafe. They do get a little noisier after about 20k miles of wear. Unstoppable off road, great in sand, rocks, mud....anything you throw at them. Never a single puncture or failure with my last set, so hoping for similar performance from these.

l had just planned to run these tires off road but they are

Tread wear after about 7000 miles has been better then l had expected. Will get couple year off great traction on and off road.

great tires!

I wish they made more sizes for 18" wheels. Like a 37x12.5x18 with a 129 load index, would be great! Then I'd run them on my pickup!

great mud/ off road tires

It's hard to review this tire since it's a specialty tire, but for what's it's made for it's incredible. I took my jeep to a off road park after we received 4 inches of rain and couldn't get it stuck and I drove it through creeks, mud holes rocks etc. They ride good on the road, some noise, but not the nosiest tires. It's a small price to pay to have a fun safe time off road.

By far the best off road tire I have ever driven on!!!

I have ran these tires for the last four years on my off road vehicle/daily driver and will not buy another brand as long as Goodyear is offering the MTR w/Kevlar. They handle extremely well on the pavement as well as off-road and the traction on wet surfaces is unbelievable.
