great product very easy to install and work great keep the hood down like its supposed to be thanks for suplling such great products i have come to expect nothing less from four wheel parts great sevice and everything

They were super easy to instal if you don't follow the directions, it is a [*] to get the hinges unbolted from the fender but i searched the web and found a you tube video that involved wire cutters made it very easy! there is no give though the first time i latched the hood down i though the clasp was about to snap. there is NO!! give in these and no more hood flutter either!

We almost bent our hood when the right side origional rubber hood latch snapped when we met a truck in high wind. We replaced both rubber latches with DaystarJK Hood Latches and have not seen the hood try to lift in our stiff Kansas wind since then

Bought these to stop the hood flutter with everyday driving. Installed this product in about 15 mins. Since they are not made from rubber the first time to latch the latches it can be VERY tough. It recommends you install in 70+ degree weather, but I did mine in about 50 degree. After having them on there for a few months they stretch just enough where it isn't as hard to snap closed. so far so good - no hood flutter is a plus in my book.

Works very well. Stopped all "Hood Chatter" at highway speeds.

Easy to install and completely eliminated the hood flutter completely. I live in Kansas and with the wind the factory latches just was not holding. Once they are installed it looks like the hood lacthes will not be able to close, do not worry they will fit.

The Daystar hood latches stopped all movement on my hood. Going down the highway at 60 I thought my hood was going to fly up and smash my windshield. Now that I have the new Daystar latches, I can run 80 and the hood doesnt move an inch.

100% better. No hood jump in high winds and I can even pass semi trucks at 70 and hood does not move. 1 tip is to take your time and heat the latches slowly.

I was somewhat skeptical about this product and how much they would really cut down on the hood flutter. Turns out these were a quick and easy install, and I'm amazed at how well they work. Wish I had bought them sooner!

Easy install. I did it without removing the stock hood latches. I was able to disassemble and reassemble while still on the Jeep. NO MORE HOOD LIFT/FLUTTER!

Great Product...

These Daystar HD Hood Latches are just that...Heavy Duty. At first I was a bit unsure that I'd be able to get the hood closed but no fear. I am glad to say that hood flutter on my JK is a thing of the past. Get these. I seriously doubt you will be sorry that you did. I plan to get them for my daughter's JK too.
