Reviews: Bilstein 4600 Series Shocks

The product is great. I’ve used Bilstein for years. Customer service is poor. I ordered the shocks on 5/6/21 and they were back ordered. June 28, 2021 after 4 emails and 2 1 hour long waits on the phone I still don’t have an answer. When you do get someone on the phone they have short non personable responses and act as if you have interrupted their soap opera. They don’t appear to care one way or another if you get your product or answers. Here’s to hoping I receive my product soon. They received my money instantly. I won’t be buying from 4WP again.

As has been the case for the last ten or more years since I first started taking my 1995 4Runner to them for various service, 4Wheel is efficient, adheres to appointments, and a good value both for parts and service. I'd recommend them to one and all.

Best shocks for armada hands down. Wouldn’t go any other route especially when converting suspension from air ride.

Probably the best struts for this vehicle. I have them front and rear.

Shocks were a perfect fit for stock height. The bounciness over bumps are gone.

Exactly what I was needing only issue was appon installation the price on the website estimation on install cost was off by a factor of 10. And the install that we scheduled and was told on the phone would be 30 min per side was more a 4 hr job.

Just as good as you would expect from Bilstein and for once shipping was quicker than anticipated for 4wheel parts.

Amazing what new shocks will do. Needed new shocks for my 95 Range Rover, car now rides like new again. Had these shocks on my car before, and decided to try again, not disappointed at all.

They were Really easy to install on my 1997 jeep grand cherokee! Just with a bottle jack and some jack stands in my driveway. They Really firmed up the ride which I like. Going over a bump my car only bounces once and then is solid. I like really the colors too.
