BILSTEIN 4600 series are designed specifically to help your stock height truck, van or SUV reach its pinnacle in ride performance and handling, while still providing the comfortable ride that has come to be expected from the name BILSTEIN.
Worked great on my GX470; got them to replace the fancy oem adjustable shocks. The old ones were really rusted in so I wound up just cutting the top bolts off, but install was super fast and easy. Ride is great — I recently had to do a coil spring conversion and thought the ride was worse because of that, turns out the shock were just blown.
Best bang for your buck highly recommend over the stock ones
Easy to install and much smoother ride quality. Makes driving your truck much more enjoyable.
Replace factory air ride with these and moog springs, great ride quality.
So far so good. Great for daily driving on f250. Highly recommend switching from OEM.
Fit and finish is excellent! A sure upgrade from OE. Rides like new! Would recommend
Have always loved Bilsteins, best shocks out there. Improve ride and handling.
Used on Honda Element Ecamper. These struts are solid.
Q: Will these lift my frontier ? Answer this question
A: No. These shocks by themselves will not lift your truck, you would need a lift kit.

A: No, these are basically like an OEM replacement, but an excellent shock. To lift the vehicle, you need a lift kit and a longer travel shock, these will not work on a lift kit.

A: From my experience, the 4600 series are for OEM Replacement / Stock specs. If you have a lift you will need to consider the 5100 series.

While the ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Company began as a German enterprise, Bilstein shocks are developed and manufactured in Hamilton, Ohio. Bilstein develops and fabricates premium quality monotube shock absorbers directly for automobile manufactures, aftermarket outfits and motorsports applications. The precision and craftsmanship in manufacturing that fueled company growth in Germany were brought straight to the factory in Hamilton, Ohio. The factory includes an engineering department, rigorous shock testing facility and a motorsports track. The track allows the engineers to tweak their designs in response to real world testing during development. The rigorous testing allows for designs to go through a machine simulated life of a shock absorber in all kinds of terrain conditions. The resulting products promise the highest in performance.
