i will continue to buy these tires over and over again

I will continue to buy these tires over and over again. They came on our 2010 Xterra. I've driven 4x4's with various tires and these offered the best traction in snow and rain. I replaced them at 35000 miles with the same tire. Our 2014 Xterra also came with them I just replaced them again with the same tire. I am also considering changing the tires on my 2016 Silverado ( only 1300 miles) and putting on the Rugged Trail T/A They are THAT good. PS. I also have the Radial T/A on my 78 Z28 Camaro

rugged trail vs all terrain t/a ko2

Dear bfg we are original owners of a 2007 Ford f 150 4x4 supercrew with 105,000 the original factory installed rugged trails were replaced in 2012 at 53,000 miles we now are ready to replace the second with the before mentioned 105,000 miles they are wearing very evenly but are starting to get some cracks between tread we live in Chicago so we have all four seasons here we don't do any off road driving so I'm thinking. Of just staying with the rugged trails for a third time they ride and handle awesome in snow they grip great but I also use the four wheel drive if needed I was contemplating the a/t ko2 we mostly drive highway but I'm wondering your thoughts the rugged trail s really gave me good mileage and we 've rotated as instructed All and any advice would be greatly appreciated THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT PRODUCT!

Best tires I've ever owned

In 45 years of driving, this is the best tire I've ever owned. Cam as factory on my Tundra. Amazing traction. Never let me down. 55,000 miles and just now nearing the wear bars.Pulled 2 stuck chevy's out of mud and snow without any problem. Only issue I have now is that I can't find any of these in my size in stock anywhere.

Wear like steel

2011 ram cummins diesel crew cab 4X4. First set of OEM tires replaced after 95,000 miles. Second set now has 120,000 miles on them and still another 10,000 left in them. Oh yeah! They're made on the planet Krypton and you know what that means!

Best averal tire

I drive a 2003 Ram 2500 crew cab, it now has 216000 miles on it, this truck had these tires on it when i purchased it new in late 2002, replaced them at 110000 miles and i am now looking for another set. there is plenty of tire left on the rear but my shocks are bad up front (original shocks) so i need 2 new tires, most likely i will purchase 4., I pull a utility trailers and a Boat/trailer with this truck, cant say enough good things about these tires.

Great Tire

I have a 2006 Ram 2500 Quad that has 71000 miles on the original 10 year old tires, and there's still a lot of tread left but I'm replacing them with the same tire because of light cracks in side wall. these LT 265/70 R17's surpassed my expectations on a 4 Wheel drive vehicle.

Awesome Tire

I drive a 2009 Dodge Ram Mega Cab 2500 4x4 with 6.7L Diesel Engine. I have 265,000+ miles on this truck and the only tire run after OEM tire in the BF Goodrich Rugged Trail T/A. I am averaging 66,000 miles per set of tires. This truck runs 60% highway, 25% city, 10% off-road, 5% heavy towing 12,000 lbs. 70% have a 1,000 payload in bed of truck.

34,000 and about at half life

Came on my new 2014 Xterra Pro4X at end of 2013. Mostly highway, but some offroad dirt, mud, snow, creeks, a little ice. Performed well so far, and at 34,000 miles I've got about half the tread left. Nice ride on highway. Secure off-road.

FANTASTIC!!!!!!

These tires are AWESOME!!!!! I have 2009 Ford F-150 SuperCab 4x4 that has turned over 406,000 miles that I use for work as a Project Manager for a precast concrete company. 90% of my traveling for work is on the highway running 60 to 75 mph. The factory tires went to 67,000+, then I put a set of BFGoodrich Rugged Trail T/A tires on to give them a try. With the large amount of traveling that I do I needed an excellent set of tires that could live up to a lot of miles all year round. I found that with the Rugged Trail T/As. The first set on the truck I ran to 157,000+ miles. Still had good tread, but the sidewalls started having cracking that made me want to replace them which I went back with the Rugged Trail due to the excellent life I got out of the first ones. The second set of Rugged Trails I ran to 181,000+ miles. Once again, the tires still had good tread on them, I changed them due to the sidewalls having cracking. My mechanic said I could have probably ran them another 50,000 and they would have been fine because the cracking was only the outer layer of rubber from the heat of the pavement in the summer time, but being I'm out of town the biggest part of my time I told him to go ahead and change them. The third set of BFGoodrich Rugged Trail T/As went on my truck a week ago. I have had outstanding service with these tires and as long as BFG is selling them I'm going to keep buying them without a second thought. I rotate my tires every single oil change (6,000,7,000 miles) and check the air pressure on a regular basis. I've never had an issue with cupping or uneven wear on either set I have had on my truck and in matter fact, my mechanic took the 181,000+ tires home with him since they were still in good enough shape that they could be put on a truck for someone that may not have the cash for a new set at the time. Excellent job BFG. It has been a long time since I have came across a product that is actually 100% worth the money that a customer pays for it.

Just bought these tires

My 2007 F-250 came with these tires and I just rolled 84,000 miles on them. Still could get another 2000 miles but decided to replace them with a new set of the same. Great tire for my use of the truck.

I just purchased again!

This was original equipment on my 2010 Tundra, and it was used mainly for towing our 7000LB travel trailer. I just replaced with the exact same tire, I was very pleased to get 48000 miles from these tires with probably about 14-15000 miles of towing on them. The tires where very good in the rain and snow, and I went off road driving a few times with no complaints. many tires on the market where rated better and some even cheaper but why change a good thing??

Great Tire, Last long

These tires came stock with my 2013 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4. I had the A/T's before on a previous truck and orginally wanted the A/T's on my new truck. I decided becasue I drive more than the typical person for work and adventures that I'll hold out until I need a new set of tires for my Truck. I give these tires a solid 9 out of 10. Currently as I'm looking for a new set of tires I have 66,000 miles on them. I rotate the tires every 5000-6000 miles when I change the oil and I do my best to take care of them. The tires performed amaizingly in the snow, I never has a issue during storms and unplowed roads. They were just as good as my A/T tires with my past truck from what I can remember. They also were great on wet roads, and dirt roads while driving to camps in remote places. I never had a grip issue. The only problem I have with the tires is a problem I believe you'll get with every tire while they are on their last leg. There is a small vibration (still drives stright) on the highway, I was told this is just becasue I've pretty much used all the wear on them in my 66,000 miles. Seems I got every bit out of them that I could. That being said it's time for a new set, I do believe I'm going to upgrade to the All Terrians that I had before like I said, but if the price is right this tire is a sure thing and I wanted to share my experience with these tires. Also this is my 3rd set of BF Goodrich tires I've had and about to buy my 4th. I have zero complains about the company and their products. They always have given me a great tire that last!

Rugged Trail TAs

My Nissan Titan Pro4 X truck came with these tires in 2008 and I just put my second pair on the truck. The handling, low road noise, long wear, and dependability make them worth much more than I paid for them. If this set lasts as good as the other I will never have anything else on my trucks from here on out.

Great Tire

These were the original tires on my Dodge Ram 2500. I put 80,000 miles on them and could have gotten more, but I replaced them because it was getting close to winter. I put another set of Rugged Trail T/A's and have 50,000 miles them. They still have a lot of tread, won't be replacing them anytime soon.

Rugged Trail T/A

I've never got this kind of mileage out of my tires. I have over 110,000 miles on the Rugged Trail T/A's on my Hummer H3, and they still have more than 3/16".

Highly recommend

I have over 110,000 miles on my 2010 Ram 2500, 4x4, diesel. Still have good tread. I just think I may need more for this winter. I highly recommend them and my son-in-law just put a set of Goodrich AT tires on his new Ford. Needless to say I'm going to put on another set.
