Great service and great ladder! If possible, you definitely want two people to complete the installation.

The ladder itself is great and matches the TRD Pro rack. The curved design moves the ladder nicely to the side. The directions however are convoluted. Just ignore them and install the ladder in the most intuitive way possible. Also, when you first start fastening the lower bracket, it will seem like it’s too far away but keep tightening- the curve of the ladder will come together to match the back door.

Fits really tight and takes a little bit to get it done, but once you get it on it is solid and I think it looks great.

Great looking, functional ladder for the 4-Runner. Took some "McGyvering" to get it to fit, but entire install process took about 30 minutes. If you're installing solo, use wood clamps and a small block of wood to put enough pressure on the ladder to secure the bolts in place.

The craftsmanship is great along with the awesome fit and finish. With this ladder it doesn’t obstruct your view in the rear. It also fits close to the body with enough room to use the steps.

GREAT LADDER!! Solidly built. It will test your patience, connecting ladder to base. Pick up 2 longer bolts (3"). They will reach. Have a friend stand on the ladder, drop the long bolts in the ladder holes and through base holes . A flat washer and nylon lock nut, and two 9/16" wrenches/sockets. Hard to imagine, but they will meet together. Bottom of ladder will eventually slide inside of the bases lip. After nice and tight, either cut the excess off, or exchange them, one at a time, with the 2 bolts that came with the ladder. Again, though, it's a GREAT LADDER!

Took a while to arrive but 4WP stayed in contact. Takes 2 people to install this ladder. Solid, strong product. Follows the contour if the hatch so visibility is not affected. Also does not block any of the 4Runner logo. Very happy.
