It’s a great bumper and after you figure out the terrible instructions it goes on pretty easy. It came just a few days after I ordered it and I’m very happy with the results.

Picked it up and the box was as big as my truck. Got it home opened the box found small box with parts and my new bumper.should of took it out of box at store. Watched you tube and read instructions got the bumper painted the way I wanted felt a little nervous. Everyone on line was cutting and welding to get old bumpers off and to fit new bumper on. I don't weld and had to barrow angle grinder from a friend. My 13 year old son and I sat down in the morning and started Un bolting old bumper lots of hidden bolts took us about 2 hours. We went for lunch. Came back to truck and paired up bits and pieces and started installing realizing the instructions are harder to understand than just putting it together. 30 minuts laiter we were making our final fitting adjustment and hooking up the lights. I only had to redrill skid plat hole to line up. No cutting no welding easy

I've dreamed of owning an ARB Bumper since I was a kid. Now that I own one, the company has not let me down! Great bumper! Very light for being a plate bumper!

Installation was pretty straightforward and no problems with fittament. Nice finish. Though the instructions were not too acurate but I guess this bar is meant to fit multiple years. It was missing some hardware even though package was sealed. I'm not running a winch now so there was enough hardware to install the bar.

This is a 2 person job. Getting it aligned is much easier that way. The instructions were amazingly clear, but you have to read them carefully before you start. Some steps aren't addressed as closely as I wish they were. I installed the bracket that holds the skid plate backwards. Thus no skidplate - or I have to drill it. However, it only covers the winch area so I've been fine without it. The Warn M8000 winch fit like it was made for it. That is why I got the bumper in the first place. My 2004 Tacoma TRD is 2wd & I wanted the security of a winch for muddy trails. There are places to mount lights high & low. I put a pair of Dually's in the low holes and they are brighter than my stock lights (but that is another review). This ARB bumper is nice looking and solid. The winch mount has holes in all the right places. An added plus is I can grab the bumper to help my old bones get up if I've been under the truck for any reason. I would highly recommend this bumper for anyone wanting to hang a winch and/or lights while making your Tacoma look a bit tougher.

Great bumper. Just throw away the directions, they are worthless. I guess they spent all their time making the bumper and not the directions. That's okay, because this bumper is bad to the bone.

Very cool bumper, looks great. Haven’t hit anything with it but feels like it can easy take out a cow. Horrible instructions for the gen 1 tacoma though. Came with a lot of unneeded parts and only figured out what was needed and how to install it from the online instructions.

Great well made bumper only complaint is the one eyelet for the shackle was cockeyed and had to be reamed out
