A: The mounting holes are generally the same (10" x 4.5")  so yes it will fit on the bumper, but the important issue is if it will fit on the truck. ARB specifies only the Warn 9.5xp, M8000, XD9000, and HS9500 winches will fit this bumper and truck combination. I originally got the Zeon 10-S for my Tacoma/ARB bumper but it was too tall to fit in without cutting up the front end which is never good idea. I ended up using the 9.5xp which has dimensions 22.7" x 6.3" D x 7.7" H. There's no way you could fit a winch taller than the 9.5xp. You would definitely need to remove the control pack off the Smittybilt and put it on top of the bumper or come up with your own relocation cables to put it elsewhere. I would recommend the M8000 since it's a guaranteed fit and better quality product for a similar price IMO. I couldn't really find good dimensions for the Smittybilt so maybe call them or 4WP to ask the dimensions of it with the control pack removed, since it cannot be mounted on this bumper without removing it.
