The product is perfect for my vehicle. I ordered the wrong part and it had to be re-order by customer service. When it came in, I made an appointment and waited for it to be installed. The installation took a lot longer than I expected but the fit and appearance were great.

My first reaction was they were really good quality. But that is why I bought Westin in the first place. The instructions are almost gibberish. I have a degree and almost a decade of schematics reading and designing and I read through the directions about 10 times before giving up on them and just figuring it out on my own. The mouting system is overly complicated. The kit includes Riv-certs. Easy enough to install. Impossible if you follow what the directions say. Instead of putting the riv-cert into the frame and putting the bracket on, then trying to thread it all together I just left the bracket off and threaded it directly into the supplied bracket. Lined up the riv-cert with the holes, and impacted it in. Seemed to work just fine. Overall I am impressed with the product. It has built in adjustment and alignment holes which makes it very reasonable to get to fit correctly. All the bolts were grade 8 and there were stainless steel fasteners. The overall look is very nice. THIS KIT COMES WITH BOTH STEPS. When I called 4wheelparts, they said the price was for a single side, so naturally I bought two. This price is for both sides. Shipping was quick, even though I had to wait for 3 weeks for a shipment from the factory. Overall very happy. Planning on modifying the second set I have to fit one of my other trucks.
