Roof rack was well made. Easy to installed. Definitely recommend this rack.

Not much bad I could say about this thing. Other than once you start adding clamps, you really need to monitor the powdercoat. But that’s any steel item! Sturdy, versatile, and adds a polish to my FJ.

Installed on a 2012 FJ Cruiser. Installed Rank and wind deflector. Rack is huge, runs the span of the roof. First, it's extremely sturdy. I would expect the roof to fail before this rack does. The mounting system contours to the roof of the FJ and leaves the rack flat and level. So long as you are careful with the captive nuts inside the roof installation is a breeze. Installed this by myself except for a hand lifting the rack onto the roof. Went on a trip to Death Valley for 4 days in the back country. We used the rack to tie down firewood and a few odd items that were easier kept on the roof. I walked on the rack, ratcheted down gear and generally used it like I would a truck bed. it held up without a ding, scratch or dent. Powder coat on this is very well done. For the platform and strength this is the best rack I've ever used. I'm almost sad to put a tent on this rack and cover it up. However once you factor in the fact it's cheaper than many other rail systems I'm calling this the best cargo purchase I've ever made.

I don't have the rack yet, though I ordered it. That said, I wanted to let other readers know that the rack adds 7 inches to the height of the Jeep. I looked and looked and couldn't find this information anywhere so I called Warrior Products and wanted to pass that information on.

Well packaged and shipped without damage. Nice powder coat finish on all parts. All parts were available. I gave a 4star because a long bracket was not level with the roof when mounted. The part was not bent at 90 at the roof flange. Not sure how a regular person would over come this. I git lucky and managed to gently bend the bracket without cracking the finish.

I have had this rack for about 2 months now and got it strictly for cosmetics and traveling purposes. The rack is by far the best looking rack if you have a fast back top or no top at all. I have a stock soft top and it still looks awesome. The installation was remarkably easy. It recommends 2 people to install it but 1 would be fine if you are strong enough to lift it into place. Its sturdiness is unquestionable, i am 250lbs and standing on it to place or adjust luggage or camping gear is no problem at all. Now for the durability, although I got it for cosmetic reasons I have tested it off road. Recently i was in up state NY and did some wheeling in the Adirondacks. I took a couple of tight squeezes under some crooked growing trees where the rack was ran against them. I though it was going to be damaged for sure but it was far from it. The rack did more damage to the 8 in diameter maple tree then the tree to the rack. The only thing that happened was some light scuffs on the powder coat. No bends, cracks, broken bolts, etc.... Its obviously no substitute for a roll bar but it might as well be labeled as body protection as well as a roof rack. The only thing i don't like about it is the noise that you get from it. Take my word, buy the air deflector. Without it, it sounds like a pack of wolfs are living on your roof. With the air deflector it quiets it down about 50-70 percent. All in all I am very impressed.
