This is a great winch for the price. Don't skimp on the winch and get a cheap model, when you need it you need a winch that is reliable and the Warn M8000 will do it!

This is the second M8000 I've owned , first was sold with jeep , have used this one couple times and as usual will not let you down . Warn makes a great product .

bought this for a toyota tacoma . used it numerous times from pulling folks out of ditches to pulling trees when cutting . It has never let me down.

I've used the M8000 hundreds of times by myself and on several Jeep Jamborees. It's mounted on a 2000 TJ. I literally owe my life to it, and I guarantee that it paid for itself within a few months. I've even pulled two Jeeps out of thick mud at one time (not recommended) and it had no trouble. After eight years of use, I had to get it fixed because solenoids needed replaced. It was very cheap to fix. By the time it needed help, it had been under water, mud and NW PA snow too many times to count. This winch is the best tool you can buy for off-road fun and safety. If anyone tells you it's not, they're lying to you.

This winch is great for small / mid sized trucks, very durable works amazingly. You get what you pay for Warn is a great brand that’s been in the winch business for a long time. If you don’t want to be stuck get this winch! Bought it for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road.

Great item to get you out of a sticky situation, when you are out in the trails,with your buddy.

This thing's pulled me out & up a lot of nasty terrain, It's recovered a lot of other stuck rigs I plan to buy another one for my second vehicle.

I rolled my 2005 TJ Unliimited. Actually, it only tipped onto the driver's side. We were in the middle of nowhere, and after making sure everyone was unhurt, I realized we were miles from the closest road where I could summon help. I started to smell gasoline, leaking from the filler, as well as lube oil coming from the diff vents. I attached the winch cable to a tree about 60' to the right of the Jeep at an almost 90 degree angle. The winch pulled it onto the tires in about a minute. We were able to drive out and got home safely. The insurance company totaled the Jeep due to the damage and because it "rolled". I installed another M8000 on my new 2013 JK. Don't leave home without a Warn on your rig!

Winches like you expect a Warn winch to work. Haven't had to rely on it as my sole recovery tool, but I like knowing I have it incase I need it!

This is by far the best deal you will ever see for a winch [$] for a WARN!!! It doesn't get any better. I have used and abused my M8000 and every single time it works flawlessly no matter how much mud, snow or how many rocks it been under. Don't wast your money on a cheep 400 knock off that only works a couple of times. By warn and it will always have your back. Either mount the solenoid to the grill or purchase a brackett! Don't forget the brackett though if that how you want to mount it. It tells you that in the product description but alot of people forget to read that part and then they whine. Awesome Awesome Winch!!!!!

great price for a top of the line warn winch.have not neede to use yet,but knowing it is there when needed is a big plus

Needed it to pull a buddy out of a pond within hours of installation. Worked great!! Easy to install and even easier to use.

Great winch! I have 92 YJ with 6" with 35 and have been in mud up to my step bars. Winch never even strained. Reels in fast not slow like some I have seen. Good price, can't beat it.
