Fair lead adapter fits the bill

The adapter plate fit like it was supposed to and does everything I need it to do. The pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly and this proved to be the easiest part of my winch installation. The steel is actually thicker than the steel on my winch mount. I don't expect any problems with this part.
