All good thus far.

Installation was quick and easy. I installed it myself. The rack is very sturdy when installed correctly. Just follow the instructions. The adjustable height is a nice feature to have. Now I can transport lumber, drywall, or recreational toys. The only negative thing I can say about it is: I wish they would include additional locks for all the clamps & post in the original package. (They do give the option to purchase extra for an additional cost.)

I paddle board every day with my wife. We load a 12.5 and 10.5 foot board each day. This rack is great for hauling paddle boards, surf boards, and bikes. The adjustability allows me to lower this rack down so my wife can also load her paddle board by herself. I have also had a load of 2x4's and some other miscellaneous construction material strapped on top. I have found this rack to be extremely sturdy. I also love the fact that if I need to pick up something like a piece of furniture I can easily slide the rear rack out of the brackets and slide whatever it is I need to haul into the bed something I couldn't do before with my full frame ladder rack. I waited about 2 months before purchasing this rack because of the price. I've had it nearly a year now and it was a great investment.

I believe the rack / box combo with a truck is one of the best set ups out there... After a few Thule purchases, they are now my go to storage / racking solution.

I had my 500 Xsporter Pro on my 2002 Dodge Dakota for 3 years. loved it. Just bought a 2016 Tacoma... and I was told mid to late May 2016, the Adapter XK4 will be made available.

I recently purchased this rack for my Ford Raptor. Installation was easy and only took about an hour. Within a week of purchasing this I threw two kayaks on top of it and headed out on a 2500 mile trip up to Yellowstone. The rack held up great and I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Even at highway speeds with all that wind area the rack didn't even wobble. I'd definitely recommend this rack to anyone in the market for something to carry all their toys with.

This rack took 30 minutes to install and is rock solid. Quiet on the freeway. The flat black finish looks smart. The oversized height adjustment knobs make adjusting the height of the rack a breeze. Great rack for transporting two kayaks side by side. The 450 lb capacity makes me confident in the system.

This product was easy to assemble on my truck (Ford F 250 6 3/4' bed). It looks good, very clean and functional looking. It is easy to raise and lower the cross bars, taking only a couple minutes. I had to get rid of my folding tonneau cover to use this, but it was well worth it.

I use this at least a few times per week on my Tundra. It took me less than an hour to build and install the whole set up while watching cartoons with the kids. I have had multiple boards and kayaks. I drove from Huntington Beach to Tahoe and back with 18 foot prone paddleboards and never had an issue. Recommend the locakable straps and pads to go with it

I was apprehensive with the one star review, but it has worked great for us during the past week. I would definitely recommend it.

Really easy to set up and can adjust the height very quickly. Once it's installed it's almost looks like it was built with your truck.

Great purchase. Went in easily and looks great. I can't even hear any road noise unless the back sliding window is open.

2015 GMC Sierra. 2 3 hours to assemble and install. Very solid. Easy to adjust. Not sure why this doesn't come standard on the truck doubles the functionality.

I use it for hauling my Paddle Board and the occasional construction material.

We use our X sporter for carrying multiple kayaks. Receive lots of compliments on our Thule rack.

Very happy with the rack. Installation takes some time but it is doable. Very sturdy, no vibration or noise whatsoever when on the road. I take my 2 paddle boards anywhere with no issues.

The versatility of this rack allows me to quickly modify it's position for a variety of paddle sports. Also the height adjustment makes it quite ergonomic for loading boats.

I researched and used the for guide to order my Xsporter Pro for my 2020 Tacoma. Assembly took a while, but no longer than expected. The only problem I ran into was the fit. The concept behind the Xsporter is that it ascends and descends to meet your needs... However, my Tacoma factory bed prevents the rack from fully descending. The cross bar doesn't quite drop below the truck roof. I get that it is a universal design, but this should be mentioned with the fit calculator on the website.

Excellent rack, I love that it is adjustable. They end caps snapped off on day one not to sturdy but doesn't take away from the function.
