Reviews: TeraFlex Steering Stabilizer Kits

I have a 1990 Jeep Comanche (MJ) with a that had the Death Wobble when I'd hit bumps and railroad tracks. All I had been told when I bought the truck was that it was a Teraflex 6" lift and finding replacement parts for it was very difficult until now. The free shipping was fast enough for me and once I got the old one removed this one bolted right in it's place. The bolt that comes with it that mounts it to the axle was not correct for my application but the old bolt worked just fine. This is my first purchase here and I will definitely be shopping at 4wd.com more often! I just hope they make their website more user-friendly to us MJ guys...

With a 3" Suspension Lift riding on 18" Rims and 35" MT ATZP3's, the stock stabilizer needed to be changed. The TeraFlex Stabilizer fit perfectly with no modifications and made a noticeable difference in shimmy and shake from rough road patches.

The stabilizer shock took care of the (shake of Death) Shake.

Made a drastic difference in my gladiator's steering feel. Much more firm!

Quality product and enhancement over the mopar stock part

This was an easy install and thus far have had zero issues. Be sure to check the bolts and tighten down after off-roading.

Perfect fit, improved my steering at a fair price.

What should I write. Still waiting I did not receive it yet

Tried a Rough Country N3 to replace an aged Skyjacker SS....the brand new part I got from Amazon, actually made the steering worse than the old one it was replacing. Talked to the guy at the 4WP's in Houston, he suggested this one, installed it....almost instantaneous improvement!!! 05 Jeep TJ with 32's and a 4in lift....very impressed by the improvement.

Ordered the adjustable stabilizer, but it took too long. So I had to order the non adjustable one.
