Great tire. So many different sizes available now to fit any vehicle combination. 93 XJ with 10" of lift. Dana 60's 5.38 gears.

Mounted on TrailReady Beadlocks, used on a 78 F150/514ci/C6/205/6 inch lift/pre-runner fiberglass fenders. These are big tires, (41.8 inches) needing a lot of clearance/lift. Primarily purchased for running deep snow to replace my aging 38.5x11x16 Boggers. Aired down to 4psi these tires splayed out lengthwise like snowmobile tracks and did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! Too much wheel spin will dig you into a hole quickly so judicious use of the throttle is required. Flotation was amazing! Under hard power in sticky snow they act like paddle tires. You will need either lots of power or lots of gear to turn these. One surprising fact was the ease to balance... wasn't expecting that. Ride was also surprisingly good considering these are brand new tires. During some unplanned rock crawling over sandstone ridges they performed very admirably, but I can see this damaging the lugs fairly quickly. These are the perfect ratio of width to height, allowing you to cut through or float over without undue resistance. Very impressive tire. I don't consider these 'highway' tires so I'm not going to comment on that... besides saying if your using these on the highway, you're just wasting tread.
