Great bumper and the price is even better. Don’t let the lower pricing point make you think you are getting what you pay for because you are getting way more than you paid for with this bumper. I installed it with no modifications needed.

Do not let the price fool you. This is a very sturdy bumper. I mounted mine on a 2015 Wrangler with no modifications. Very easy install.

Great for off-road protection without compromising daily driving. Have the front, rear, & side rail set ups... Some guy rear ended me, pushing me into the car in front... long story short, they both got smashed.

My jeep is daily with occasional off-roading. In my opinion, this is one of the best looking front bumper out there. I've had the bumper since last Septemper 2013 so far no problem. No fitting issues.

Installation was super easy, I had the bumper on in about 15 min after getting the factory one off. The bumper looks great too. I put KC 6" fog lights on it which bolted right up with no problems. I did have to follow the instructions and drill out one of the factory bumper mount holes to get it to line up correctly. I would definatly have no problem ordering this again.

I purchased this bumper 2 years ago for my 2007 JKU and the 9K Smittybilt winch. This bumper is awesome and takes a beating. 2 years later and it still looks almost brand new. I love this bumper so much that when I traded my 2007 JKU in for a 2014 JKU I took that bumper off my 07 and installed it on my 2014. I also customized my by installing 2 1/2" amber LED lights in the 5 holes and wired the to the fog light switch..

This is my 4th Smittybilt bumper. There is a reason I keep going back for more. The price and quality are hard to beat as well as easy to follow instructions.

It definitely is a 2 person job but is a nice bumper worth the money.

Love it on my 18 Willis. Fits great installation was easy winch plate already there no other additions to make it functional.

The bumper looks great and is very solid. It is a huge improvement over the stock bumper which provides no protection at all. Instructions were poor, badly written, and very incomplete. On my jeep there was about 1/2 of extra material on the frame. This prevented the new bumper from sitting flush on the mounting plates. After I cut all the material away the new bumper slid right in place. However, the bottom flange did not overlap the frame nearly enough to get the last four bolts into the frame. It is short about an inch I would say. Other issues I noticed is the welds were not filed down and is rather rough. In spite of this I feel it was worth the upgrade.

Installed on 2010 Rubicon. I had some trouble lining the bolts up until my wife pointed out that the bottom of the crash bar was preventing the bumper from lining up. I trimmed the extra metal and the bumper went on perfectly. It's the best looking JK bumper for the price!

Regarding the bumper, overall the build quality seems great. Welds are clean and the ones in "pocket areas" appear to have a sealant over them in addition to the powder coat. Mounting points were coated with silicone grease to help serve as preventive measure against rust as the nuts and bolts inevitably remove the powder coat when being put on. The upper light mounts were bent upon arrival, but a 2' adjustable wrench straighten them easily with no damage to the powder coating.

The bumper itself is excellent quality and fits my 2019 Rubicon really well after minor modifications to the hardware. I had to bend mounting tabs to make up for poor welds and bend/shorten the sticks welded to the bolts for the bottom brackets. Take extra time to test fit everything. Most annoying is that the directions are awful. Luckily the front bumper is self explanatory.

You have to drill the sub frame at the bottom of the bumper so be prepared for that need a 1/2 inch bit. Wasn’t too bad but make sure you have the tool for it.

The bumper fits perfectly on to the JL amd for the price you just can't beat it. I will say though the way it is packed the box it comes in almost does not fit in the back if you buy both the front and rear bumpers. Best to bring a truck.

Only reason why this product gets 4 out of 5, tree directions are horrible. Very sturdy bumper

So I don't have anything to bad to say about the bumper itself. It's good quality and a great look. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was that on my 2018 jku the bottem bolts wouldn't line up with my frame. Now I can get them to line up but I'm not to concerned about it.

Hardest part of installing the front bumper is getting the old stuff off. Little disappointed I couldn’t use factory fog lights.
