Winch is awesome. Installed on my 2022 gladiator diesel rubicon with the mopar metal bumper and the atp winch plate. Fit perfect.

My old braided cable winch was in need of replacement. Everyone said to buy the top brand. After looking at previous models and their reviews plus the price point, options, etc I decided on this winch. It arrived in a well-packaged box, plenty of instructions and all the parts necessary to wire it up to my JK. I did use the spacers to raise it up and with them and my mount I errored on caution and purchased longer mounting bolts. The installation was easy, the wireless remote is slick and my first use of the winch was a great success!

I mounted this winch on a 2020 Jeep Rubicon JL with an American Trail Products winch plate. It fit perfectly with no modification. The winch has a very low profile and sleek armored look. It is enclosed enough to where I cannot see the synthetic line when looking at the winch from the front or top without trying to see through the fairlead. The wireless remote is light weight but seems well built. I have not had an opportunity to pull with the winch yet but based on visual looks and quality feel of the winch it surpasses my expectations.

Looks and feels solid, seems to be quality built. Super easy to install. I haven't used it yet so performance review will have to wait.

Simple install on my Fab4 bumper for my 21 Bronco. Only issue it’s it doesn’t come with a fair lead mount. So unless your bumper is set up for one you’ll need to get one.

Smooth operating winch, blended perfectly with my Bronco! Even hooked up the little style light on top of the winch to one of the extra aux switches equipped in my Black Diamond, looks amazing!

Was easy to install with the Apollo series bumper. It took about five hours for the winch and bumper.

Works great and fit perfect. Had to make a few custom adjustments but 4wp did not offer a bumper for my 03 Pathfinder. This winch it clean tough and I love the wireless remote. I actually use my vehicle for offroad adventures in tough areas and this thing has come in handy to prevent damage and help out with a few tough areas. Never a hiccup yet and strong power when Buried in mud I love the front led on my pathy it looks like vampire teeth.

I installed the X20 on my '23 Rubicon Unlimited last month. I put it on at the same time I installed an ARB Bondi Deluxe bumper (I don't think I could have installed it after). The fit was snug but nothing touches or rubs. Installation was easy with instructions and hardware provided. I haven't been off-road yet but the winch seems to work easy and smooth. The engagement knob works well. I mostly ordered this winch because of the remote. The trigger grip is nice and it is nice to have 1 remote for both wired and wireless. Magnet is ok. Distance from winch when fully charged seems good. I was quite disappointed with the control buttons. They are on the top for direction and bottom for flashlight. Really have to use 2 hands for those. Also the instructions say the flashlight will only last 15 minutes. They should have put a bigger/stronger battery in so it would last longer. It's lightweight and it wouldn't add much weight. These are why it lost a star. The light on the front doesn't illuminate anything but it looks kind of cool.

I’ve only had this winch for a few weeks so I can’t provide a thorough review of its reliability. The winch does seem to be very well built however and mounting was easy with instructions provided. The only issue I have is that the mounting screws for the winch and fairlead were to short.
