Reviews: Smittybilt Tail Light Guards

I had read that a few had to get longer screws but I did not find that to be the case. The factory screws were long enough and the supplied screws serve as a backup. Total install time took about 20 minutes as the supplied cushions had to be applied to the guard. Highly recommended.

They are great looking on the Jeep. I don't thnik they will stop anything from breaking the taillights as they bolt to the exterior of the lens itself. Anything hits it and the lens will definately crack. These are more for looks than anything. But they do look good. Installation was very easy and fast. I didn't even use the supplied bolts as the stock ones were plenty long enough.
