Great sides!

These look awesome, heavy duty and well manufactured. Great price and a very easy installation.

Look great, look beefy.

I replaced my factory rails on my 17 JKU Rubi after taking damage on a trail. I went with these and have really enjoyed them. No trails yet but the extended step is great for my short wife and let's her get in much easier. They seem very sturdy. They went on easy and came with all the hardware needed... Plus some.

Nice!

They came in quickly. I had to wait to install, but once we started... easily done!

Nice product

Nice product, but wish it had been clearly stated where it was made. I would have kept looking for a made in the USA product.

Great rails!

Driver's side had two bent mounting tabs that made installation a bit of a wrestling match for one person. Passenger side bolted right up, though. Great as rock rails with a relatively usable step built in. I really like the high and tight design; they aren't too obvious or over the top looking.

Rock Rails

2013 Wrangler Looks good, easy install however I had to buy some some bolts and washers to complete the install. (M8-125-25MM) I am very happy with the product.

Worth the investment, but..

If you are looking for traditional Rubicon-style rock rails at less than 1/2 the price of original factory parts, then this is the way to go. However, the hardware (bolts, washers) did not fit my 2012 Wrangler Sport and I had to come up with my own so be prepared. For me it was a minor inconvenience, but would expect Smittybilt to addresses this issue in the future.

Great for the price

Cheaper than buying used Rubin Rails and the end caps are welded!

Looks great

Looks really clean and like it as a compact step. Can’t speak to it’s durability on the trail just yet, but looks like it will be sufficient for moderate to difficult rock trails on a lifted Jeep. Didn’t love the packaging and it looked like it had a rough ride. Had some minor scuffs and hardware was missing, but reviews said it was mostly useless anyway, so didn’t sweat it too much. Had to touch up paint a couple small spots from minor shipping damage.

Simple but solid

Was looking to simulate the factory upgrade Rubicon rock rails that were on my ‘17 Recon, now for my ‘17 Sport. They replaced some Rhino steps due to those steps decreasing ground clearance. These Smittybilt SRC Classics do both. Only knock was some slight surface rust on the underneath side of a step at a weld. Brushed it and covered with Rustoleum RustStop Undercoat Pro. Still looking great and just the footrest I love for when those doors come off.

Well made, solid

Easy to install after purchasing different washers and four bolts as the hardware supplied did not work.

Its good but..

First these look great on my jeep. I would recommend them to people wanting cheaper Rubicon Rock Rails. On the other hand.... the hardware that comes with it is junk. The only hardware that worked were the bolts and nut-plate clips. The washers for them were to small and they went up into the mounting hole on the rails. also the nuts that go on the pinch seam were to small and the washer for those were also small. Also you may have to drill out the pinch seam holes so the bolts can go through the seam. I had to get my own hardware to get them fully mounted up. There was rust around the drain holes on the bottom. One more thing is i called up smittybilt and told them about the hardware issue and i had to email pictures so they could fully understand what i was talking about and i havn't heard from them still. If you want rubicon rails for cheap and dont care about doing some drilling and buying your own hardware then get these!

Fits and looks great!

I bought this to help protect my 2012 JK Unlimited, since mine didn't come with the rail guards. Glad I bought them and they're very simple to install with basic tools; took me about 20 minutes to install. I was missing some bolts, so had to go buy them, but overall, I hightly recommend.

I will buy this prduct again

This product improves the exterior look of my JK, before there was an unfinished in this area. They worked well for what I wanted plus they will give me additional protection. The large washers provided were too small in diameter, but that was easy to fix. 3 of the 8 small bolt threads were stripped (5mm). I have not put nuts on the remaining small at this. I will have to take the rails off and retap. I will continue to buy this brand and from 4Wheel Parts.
