Instructions couldn't have made it any easier to install. No where near as heavy as I thought. Plus it adds a nice touch to the overall look and peace of mind knowing I have a little extra protection in the front. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Got this grill saver for my truck for the light mount. The truck is in use as a under cover police vehicle and the product works great.

I had been wanting a "bull-bar" to kind of customize the front end of my 04 Silverado 2500. When I found this great deal on 4wheelparts.com for Smittybilt's Grille Saver, I immediately pulled the trigger on it. [...] I put it on the day it got here in 20 minutes. Install was a breeze, and it looks really good too. Would recommend this product to anyone in the market for a grille saver (bull-bar).

This is a great product. Not only does it look great but provides protection to the front of your truck.

Great item, probably was a good price (don't know the price because it was a gift), fits well, and easy to install.

I love the grille

it's a good buy. for the price it can't be beat. it doesnt affect ground clearance (replaces towhooks on my '99 silverado 1500) and goes through the tow hook holes in the lower wind valance. in the directions it says you'll have to cut the center post out of the valance but i didnt have to. there's 2 pre drilled holes for mounting off road lights and sooner or later im gonna end up putting some daylighters in. the install was super easy. took me less than an hour from de boxing to on the truck.

great product for the price. its a little on the light side but it isnt meant to stop a train. the install was easy. took me less than 30 minutes on my own and if you have a friend to help it would go even smoother. my only complaint is that it almost completely covers my front liscence plate but it's a bull bar so that is to be expected anyway. its got two holes for offroad lights pre drilled and capped so they look good if you dont plan on putting in lights and will function great if you do. all in all this is a great product. in the directions it said you would have to cut the lower air dam but it didnt even come close to having to do that so that's also a plus.

Had to trim washers in order to get mount bolts to align straight. Once you realize this installation is a snap.

This grille saver looks really good on my 07 Ram 2500. It makes it stand out that much more. It was very easy to install. The only thing I was a little disapointed with was having to lose my tow hooks in the front in order to install the mounting brackets. It was all worth it though after seen it when it for the first time!

Only down fall; you can't re-attach your factory tow hooks once this is bolted on
