the instructions could be better, but the shade works great. very easy to put up in 5 minutes or so. i keep the straps on the spare tire all the time, so all i have to do is snap the shade in and put up the poles and then enjoy.

Used it while cooking at a company cookout. Chilling at the park. Waiting for the fireworks on the 4th this year at the local park. On the trail.

This is a legit awning , it is well built and reasonably priced, didn’t do to well in the wind , but most awnings don’t . It was perfect for sitting the side of our ram 1500 for momma to have shade and cook

Not as much shade as I had hoped but it was ok, and easy / quick to install. Would not recommend on a windy day unless the ground is solid enough to hold the stakes. I.e. it’s a trail shade not a windy day beach shade.

It's definitely not the best awning out there, but the price should tell you that. It worked well for me on a recent solo trip off of the back of the roof rack on my 4runner.
