The grab handles work wonders since a jeep doesn't have "OSH" handles built in and they help out with the wife getting in and out of the vehicle.

I installed the grab handle on the passenger side, to help my wife get in and out of the Jeep. It is strong and conveniently located. My 200 pound son pulled himself up with it and it never moved. Very strong and installed within seconds.

Hand grabs make it easy for passengers climbing in an out of the back seat, especially for us old folks.

The handle was on upside down, but easily removed and corrected. Installed in under 5 minutes. Works great for my crazy, pregnant wife to get into and out of my Jeep.

Product came assembled with the plastic handles on backwards. Only took a minute or two to fix both. This item was exactly what I needed since my '06 Jeep Wrangler is lifted and my passengers have trouble climbing up.

This is a very solid handle. It's well built and does the job. That being said, I don't like it very much. The straps for putting it on are very long and I had to almost double wrap around to get it on. More importantly, I scraped my knuckles on the center strap every time I put my hand into the handle. I don't have 'delicate' hands, but I found it very annoying. This is a good strap ... but not for me.

Seemed like they would be good and sturdy. But, thanks to the location of other bars in the Jeep, There was no where to put them where I wouldn't hit my head on them. Returned them, probably should have got the ones that mount next to the windshield and speakers.

Pretty solid. Good styling. Nice to have a handle there. Also, the straps tighten down the flimsy roll bar cover so they don't move around. Only small Issue would be that when you put a lot of downward force on it, the outside straps want to converge. This might require some occasional adjustment over time. Might be nice to have something of a stop gap kind of bar to hold the straps out. Over all I'm glad I bought these.

Unfortunately these did not come with "How to Install" instructions and therefore took longer to install then what I thought. Actually, in the end, my Husband had to figured it out for me.

Smittybilt grab handles work, and look pretty good. You can't beat the price, its just a bargin. I compared this product to all other exspensive grab handles, that are over top of the line. This product seems to be more durable, compared to more exspensive grab handles. If your looking for new grab handles for your YJ, TJ, or JK you should invest in a new set of Smittybilt grab handles.

Helps wife and children enter lifted Jeep. Rubber grab handle easy to clean and durable. Would prefer metal buckles, but the plastic ones haven't failed yet.

Installed 4 of these handles for use by passengers for getting into and out of the Jeep. Also used for stability of passenger when the ride gets rough. Can be installed at any location and easily moved for a passenger's preference. Strong and sturdy.

Handle was easy to install. It makes easier for my wife and son to get in the Jeep. Also installed handles in back seat area for those who ride in that seat. No negative comments at this time.
