This is an awesome shackle! Looks awesome and is super beefy, durable and strong.

Well made and stout. These are way safer than using hooks which under heavy loads can allow slings or other attachments to slip out especially if the little clip spring lock is not functioning correctly. This shackle along with a "D" ring virtually guarantees nothing is going to come loose unless something fails and breaks. Color sticks out like a sore thumb and helps you locate it in the dark. Also purchased it due to wife being a breast cancer survivor.

Much better look than a hook. Easier to work with when winching.

Great piece of kit for any winch user. Easy install and works great with a variety of other attach point hooks and so forth.

I was looking for a A.W.S. but they can get pricey. This was in my budget and when I received it I was very impressed with the quality. Easy install and looks great.
