Reviews: Smittybilt A.W.S Aluminum Winch Shackle (Black) - 2820

My Jeep came with an eye on the end of it's steel cable and no D-ring mount. The Smittybilt Winch Shackle allows the eye to be drawn completely into the winch and leaves a stout attachment for a D-ring when needed. Oh and the finish is everything one would expect and more. Very nice at any price!

I was looking for a A.W.S. but they can get pricey. This was in my budget and when I received it I was very impressed with the quality. Easy install and looks great.

Not much to it. Though keep in mind that you will need snap ring pliers to get it installed unless you want to work at it with 2 panel nails and a pair of pliers like I did.

Ok, for a cheaper alternative to the overpriced ones, paint does chip off a little but still functions well
