When I first picked up this strap I thought it would probably break with little effort, seemed pretty lightweight but the price was right. Was I wrong, worth every penny. Since getting this strap I would say my winch usage is down 80%. In situations where I thought my ZJ was not coming out, or getting someone out without the winch, it just works. It is especially useful where the conditions are greasy or icy when another rig can't get any traction. It's fast to get out and attach so this is always pulled out first, if this can't get you out, start unspooling the winch.

One of these ropes is a must have for winter an mud driving. Anywhere the pulling vehicle might have questionable traction. Because it uses the surge of weight exerted by the pulling vehicle when it pulls tight, traction isn't as important as it would be with a static rope. And the best part is you won't get whiplash like you do with a static strap and it feels much kinder to both vehicles as well. It's like a big cuddly bungee cord that also pulls your car out of a hole! I've used this strap primarily in the snow, and helped tons of folks out. It forever has a home in my vehicle.

Bought this snatch'em strap for my son, sure it will get him out of the mud hole when he gets stuck! Lol.... Used one back in my days of 4 wheeling, its a life saver and it sure takes the whiplash out, when it comes to being snatched out of the mud hole you buried yourself in!
