Product seems to be fine. However...... I ordered this, waited a month, no word. Called them, extremely long wait times, was told product was out of stock. I cancelled the order. Looked on line found out the same product in a different case was available, so I ordered that. First order (the out of stock, cancelled one} arrived and credit card was charged for it. Two days later the second order arrived and credit card was charged for it. I called for a return authorization and returned the extra jack. A month and a half later I realized it had been received, but they did not credit the return. Called them again, said they will pass along request for refund. Hopefully refund will happen. So many screwups.
