This part works and looks great. You will have to remove bumper. Look on youtube. Bolts for bumper aren't standard but they sell the correct socket at most auto shops. Takes about half hour depending on bolt rust. Super simple.

I was impressed with the weight of the hitch. Feels strong and was easy to install both the hitch and harness. Looks good too. Didn't want a huge item on the back of the jeep.

The only thing that would make the install easier is if the locknuts and washers were welded onto the backside. It would make the install flawless.

You need to either have small hands, get creative with vice grips, or remove the bumper cover to install this on a JK.

Excellent product with factory style harness included. Only negative I found was directions weren't very clear on how to route harness. Saved hundreds over factory and the look is identical.

I bought this to hang a Thule bike carrier off the back of my Jeep Wrangler and it works great. I liked the price and added bonus of the wiring kit. The wiring kit was surprisingly easy to install. I also liked the location of the hoops to secure the towing chains to, they seemed burlier and better positioned that some of the other inexpensive receivers. The receiver itself was a little tricky, I had improvise and unbolt the plastic bumper cover to allow for enough room to get the nuts on the bolts and get a ratchet in there, but that was just a minor inconvenience. If I had the right sized wrench and didn't have to use two ratchets it probably wouldn't have been a problem.

Very pleased with the hitch receiver and wiring harness. Couldn't beat the price!

Very nice kit. Easy to follow instructions for mounting and harness installation. I found that removing the bumper made it easier to install the bolts for the hitch.
