Gas tank skid plate
Q&A says "yes it's a replacement for factory tank bracket." and "no, it's made to work with the factory equipment." Truth is, yes to both. You can use it to replace that rusted out expensive factory P.O.S. but you have to fab 3 drop brackets for the inboard side. Not hard, but time consuming. Well worth the piece of mind not worrying about dropping your tank on the trail.

Don’t drop tank
It mounts over your factory skid plate so no need to drop tank.
