Reviews: Rock Krawler Track Bar and Bracket Kits

Bought this to replace another adjustable track bar after 1ton axle swap. The previous track bar was hitting the pumpkin of the axle while off-roading so I needed a track bar shaped slightly different. Looked at lots of Jeeps at shows and Rock Krawler looked to fit the bill. This one will touch EVERY now and then at extremely odd angles and hits but it’s rare, and it’s not a hard hit. Not like the other bar that hit so often, and so hard I carried extra bolts waiting for them to break.

Good so far. My stock one was flexing and the bushings was worn. It’s 100 times better than the stock

Very well built beefy track bar at a great price. Installation was very straight forward and easy. Only complaint is jam nut on axle end could have been designed better. Can not tighten jam nut when installed.

This Track bar is beyond solid and overall I am happy with it. There were no instructions in the box just a slip of paper with a starting measurement and recommended torque... That's it. I found instructions for a RK lift kit but the paragraph on installing the bar basically just says install it. Ended up installing and removing the bar several times to get the OAL right then removed it to lock down the jam nuts. Even with a vice and a huge wrench I doubt I got close to the recommendation of 220 ft lbs. but I used lock tight so I don't think it's going anywhere.
