I love this product. However, i waited 4 hours on the phone with customer service just to have the phone call hung up on me when a service member answered. I loved the in store help Adam in Greenville was able to help within 2 minutes and provide me the help I needed.

I really like the front bumper with full guard! Unfortunately for me the item was on back order and would not be available for my vehicle for 12 to 16 weeks. So I contacted customer service and they gave me other options I opt to take the Ranch Hand Midnight edition and I’m here to let you all know that I am very pleased with the purchase and the service that was provided to me by (4wp) These folks really care about the consumer hassle free and very convenient even during the troubling time of the pandemic and Christmas holidays

Bought it to replace a Fab Four that was damaged in an accident. It says the factory recovery hooks are reusable. There isn’t a mounting location for them. The holes are in the front of the bumper but nothing for them to bolt too
