This is a good kit won't break bank rides good and you can roll 37s on factory 20s on f250/350

2012 F-250 crew Cab Diesel. I was strapped for time and the option of installing the leveling kit myself. I took the route of ordering from 4WD parts and having their mechanic team install the lift. They were very detailed from beginning to end with the whole process. When I got the truck back, I was very pleased with the work they did and the look. I had a hundred mile trip ahead of me and was happy with the ride quality and the way the truck handled. I've had this level lift for awhile and have no issues to complain about. 4WD Parts even followed up a week later to see how the truck was handling and acting. I'd recommend these guys to anyone modifying their suspension or truck.

First off 4 wheel parts is awesome in my opinion. I ordered this kit on Sunday afternoon and it was on my porch on Tuesday after work. It was all I could do to wait until the weekend. I Installed the Pro Comp Nitro 3.5 inch level lift on my 2013 Ford F-250 Super Duty XLT Crew Cab Short bed. A good Friend and I completed the kit in 6 hours. Not being a professional mechanic my opinion is the kit is very comprehensive and high quality. I wish I would have been able to read this. You will need deep well metric sockets bigger than you get in your average kit. In addition having access to spring compressors, a high quality floor jack, jack stands, impact, a high value torque wrench, and a cheater bar is key. If you don't have these or have a buddy with them spend the cash to get it installed. One bolt requires 400 ft/lbs of torque my wrench only goes to 150 so we used the cheater bar and tightened to very very tight. Second, the directions I am sure are fine for a professional mechanic but for the average guy that doesn't wrench often they are less than descriptive. For example, they say to disassemble the brake brackets and replace with the new ones. We struggled with this for a good 20 minutes until it became obvious. Some common sense and intuition goes a long way in understanding the directions. Also, the order seemed off we replaced all the parts on the driver side when the spring was out for ease rather than follow the order they gave. The Kit also included a carrier barring spacer for a long bed. Having a short bed that had us scratching our heads for a minute or two. The inner wheel wheel brackets instructions made zero sense we threw those back in the box. maybe ill figure them our later. In summary, I am thirty year old guy that wanted to run proper sized tires for getting around in these rocky mountains but also needs to get to the jobsite 5 days a week on asphalt. My short summary is My truck look sick, I cant wait to get my tires, make sure you can get or have proper tools, read the directions completely and be willing to skip ahead when it make common sense. Make sure you have a friend to help or be willing to spend two days installing this kit yourself. Last note. My truck seems to ride better with this kit.. Not something I was expecting.
