Reviews: Power Trax Dana 44 30 Spline Lock Right Locker - 2410-LR

While many discount the reliability of a lunchbox locker, I have never witnessed any issues wheeling with the Lockright in my Dana 44 reverse rotation front axle ('79 Ford Bronco) and 35" tires. The unit provides relentless traction under all kinds of offroad conditions. It does leave much to be desired when driving on road in snow/ice... being an aggressive locker it tends to pull in certain directions, but some experience driving with it can overcome that. Other less aggressive products exist, but not sure how durable they are in comparison.

The lock-rite works great once you get it installed. But doing the install can be a pain depending on whether you have a solid front axle or the TTB IFS. On the TTB IFS you have to do the C-clip elimination. Not hard to do but it would be nice if the parts for the elimination came with it.
