Reviews: Poison Spyder Lower A-Pillar Light Mounts

Poison Spyder - the hallmark of quality. These brackets replaced my smittybuilt brackets. Wish I would have found these before. The brackets position the light away from the JK radio antenna - no need to modify or shorten the antenna. Also - the extra long screws allows you to use this bracket in conjunction with a Rigid/Poison Spyder/ or other 50" LED light bar bracket. OEM screws are just not long enough to hold both brackets together.

I have LED lights and they fit perfectly on these mounts. I like these better than the pillar mounts that I had because it pulls the lights inward more. There are fewer issues with tree branches catching them. The radio antenna on the passenger side doesn't contact the LED light housing anymore.

The poison spyder lower piller light mounts are great!! They are stronger than thr RC and RR brand mounts and unlike the others the mounting surface is parallel to the body of the jeep as the others lean back at 30 degrees. This is good if you ar using it as an antenna mount or something that needs to be straight up.

Clean. Fit great. Have their highline front defender fenders and inners. The hardware always fits like a glove.

Work very well for TJ/LJ. Clean setup, and easy to install, 30 min tops.

Solid lower windshield light brackets that aren't flashy, but are solid. I think the rubber could be heavier duty as it does crush out and cut a little too easy.
