This was a replacement battery for an Optima Yellow Top that was five years old and still going strong. It was purchased when the winch drained the original battery at Moab. The battery has provided electrical power in extreme off road adventures at Moab, Rubicon, etc. Optima is simply the best battery for off roading and alway provides power when it is needed most.

I put one in my 78 Bronco Trail Rig/Daily Driver in 1998 it survived Alternator failure twice(One of those times I drove it 40 miles a day for two days before I knew the Alternator had failed), being hooked up backwards during a jump start, being drained from sitting undriven for up to a month at a time on 10 different occasions (always came back 100% on an overnight charge), I run a Warn XP9.5 Winch and a pair of 130W KC Offroad Lights with NO problem, and it lasted for 8 years with never a worry!!!!!! Simply the Best and Only Battery you you should ever buy!!!

I have had one of the 2 for 2 plus years now . RUN my ofroad lighting, 5 sets of light, all my aux acessories and a ARB refriderator on it. which stays on all the time. so far so good

I use this battery as an auxiliary battery. I run a rather thirsty ham radio rig in my truck, so having it run off this battery lets me keep my vehicle battery (also an Optima) fresh for starting. Well designed and robust battery, when it's time to replace it I'm sure I'll buy the same thing again.

I don't drive my truck every day so in the past my battery would go dead and would not hold a charge. Since I got the Optima yellow top deep cycle battery my problem is solved. It now lasts a lot longer before it needs a re-charge, and if it does need to be re-charged, it tollerates the drain and re-charge cycle very well. The battery also has plenty of power for my winch and auxilary lights.

The best batteries out there. Long-lasting, always reliable, powerful, adaptive to all temperatures and climates. I won't put anything else in my vehicles here in Texas!

Good stuff. I plan on running Optima batteries in the rest of my trucks!!! My diesel really seems to like these batteries!!!

i have several of optima batteries and wouldnt think of buyin anything other than an optima

Battery problems have disappeared - no concerns when we go into the backwoods.
