I have had real good luck with the red tops so far. Had original red top it had 850 ca it was used before I got it. Had it for 4 years and it only had 400 ca left and it started the vehicle with no signs of it only using 400 out of 850 ca. So got new red top and bought 2 other ones for my other vehicles and they seem to be doing what they are supposed to.

Charged on arrival, fried my multi-meter's wires when checking amps to see if fully charged, it was. The instructions were not to clear about the accessories that came with it, but not really a big deal, just used stock parts, and avoided using the accessories that came with it.
