    Exact replacement match

    Need steering wheel puller. Lock plate is difficult to remove without special tool, but it can be done. Once you get to the switch, replacement is easy. It is helpful to tie a string to the old wiring when you pull it out of the column. The string can then be used to pull the new wiring in. Getting the wiring connector to snap into the old receptacle required gentle force.
