I bought and installed a new PC680 in our Gold Wing GL1500 Trike in August 2004. It is December 2015 now, over 11 years and it still cranks great. It saved us a tow on a road trip when an alternator failed and we stopped every 15 miles in the rain to recharge fast from a car that was following, it was down to under 8 VDC when we reached the motel at dusk. Next morning, I swapped in a spare alternator another couple had in their trailer and just for kicks, hit starter button .... the PC680 that was by most definitions, "dead" when parked the night before fired the Trike up. Our trike has had a 90 amp aftermarket alternator the whole time this battery has been in place, there are some winters when the trike has sat unused for a couple months, just some Stabil in the tank of gas. The PC680 has always started it. I used to replace my MC batteries every two years because I needed to ... never dreamed I'ld see one last 11 and still getting the job done. Yeah ..... I ordered another for my Gold Wing bike that shares parking space with the trike.
