Michelin are standardly the highest quality tire I ever buy. Last a long time so I don't have to go through the agony of tire shopping too soon again.
Best tires ever, had them installed and 3 1/2 years later tires are still going. Have not had any issues, tires performed very well on all conditions and they are super quiet. I will not even consider any other tires, unless they are free.
The tires have changed my whole attitude about my old truck...they made such a difference in the overall ride and manuverability. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Recommended!!
My tires well exceeded my expectations. Not paying attention to how many miles I had put on them, at my last tire rotation I asked them to take a look at the tread, I thought they were looking worn. Come to find out I was 20,000 miles over the expected life of the tire. And I still did not need new tires yet.
we never use any other tires other than Michelin. They have proven themselves time and time again.
We bought these tires for our Honda Pilot- what an amazing difference! In the rain, the previous tires would skid and slip on starting and stopping- not with these sticky gems! The tread life is unbelievable, and the feeling of safety and security is worth it all. I tell everyone who will listen that Michelins are the best!
Purchased these tires for my mothers car. She drives around 15,000 miles a year and I feel confident with Michelin tires on her car.
On Bastile Day 2003, I bought my son a small pickup. Nine years later, we grew weary of the worthless factory-supplied tires. The extended cab howled in protest during hard braking; it squeeled as we took even some of the gentlest curves. Dry weather handling in arid Nevada was "squirrely" under the most optimal conditions, and wet-weather maneuvering was an absolute nightmare. After nine years, I had had it. I ordered a set of Michelin LTX A/S tires for the mini-truck and had them sent to my son when he moved to Virginia. He phoned me some five miles into drive with the new tires and extolled thier virtues: handling was sharp and crisp; braking had miraculously improved; and the NVH (noise/vibration/harshness) factor had subsided to a dull roar. In short, he said, "Dad, it's a completely different truck! It has become a joy to drive!" Yet, I was not surprised. Putting Michelin tires on our large American sedan over 50,000 miles ago saw our treadwear decrease a mere 1/32" (from 9/32"-8/32") in 37 months! And switching from "factory performance tires" to Michelin Pilots on our German luxury car made the car grip the road like never before. 'Nuff said!
great tires...buying Michelin for past 35 years
If you buy good tires you save money in the long run. They have lasting power and you get what you pay for. We put on a lot of highway miles and give us a good ride. Thank you for a good product.
Have Sprinter and replaced tires at 100,000 miles. Second set is up to 90,000 and have a ways to go. Well worth the money!
These tires wear well with proper inflation and rotation. They are a little noisy because of the hard compund, but I have been able to deal with it. I'll be buying my next set soon!
I have owned Volvo's for years and because of the weight of the car, they are not a friend of tire tread. But, since I have tried the LTX a/s tires, I am getting much more tread life. I have 50K on them already, and have probably 20 or 30K left.. They are a bit noisier than the previous Michelin's I have owned but I can deal with that as long as I have this much more treadlife.
Excellent tires for my Ford 09 Supercrew! These tires show almost no wear at 38000 miles. They always look like they need air even though the pressure is correct. They seem to resist nails and other hazards as they have never had a flat. The best tires I have ever had.
There comes a time where you own a vehicle long enough you have to purchase a set of tires. You forget that new car ride, the sensation of stopping quickly and safely and quietness of the vehicle with out good tires. Than comes the shopping and deliberating and 100's of options and customer reviews to muddle through and of course price. First let me say these are the best tires I have ever owned in my 25 years plus of driving and these are on our family SUV slash my wifes daily driver. We originally had it narrowed down to 3 brands meaning really price which was followed closely by customer reviews. Out of the three final options the Michelin's on all the websites just kept coming up with the best reviews for quietness in the cabin, longevity of tread life and ride. All of the reasons played a huge role in the decision process which again all lead us back to the Michelin's and it was the best choice by far the ride is superior and it has surpassed any expectations we could of had with comfort but most importantly safety and handling in the wet and winter conditions we have had. In closing they we not the most expensive and definitely not the least but they we the best decision.
We have the tires installed on our Chevy Silverado pickup. We like the toughness of the tire when we drive roads with large gravel as they resist puncture. We also like the versatility and the ability to drive on snowy roads. This is the second set we've specifically had installed on our 2002 Silverado. Great miles.
Great tires. I've got 77,000 miles on them and they're finally needing replacing. I have a F250 and mostly drive on the highway and pull my travel trailer. When I do get off the road they work really good. No road noise to speak. Going to buy another set intel weeks .
I have experienced many brands of tires over my 60 plus years of driving and now I do not consider any other tire brand. I presently have three (3) vehicles with Michelin tires. The oldest is a 93 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is driven mostly to tow. We have not had a single flat, broken belt, or poor wear on it. We also have a ML320 Mercedes and a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. There have been NO tire issues on any of these. Considering the service I have experienced with Michelin tires, I never hesitate to strongly suggest to my relatives and friends to forget all other tires and go to Michelin.
I love my LTX A/S Michelin tires. I love the fact that I can get in my car and drive my grandchildren and feel safe. They don't skid like some tires on wet roads also. Thank you Michelin having my back while driving.
this is an excellent tire, lasted 6 years in the Sierras has been outstanding !
