I bought these to replace the carpet mats in my 2013 Wrangler. As an architect I visit construction sites weekly and was tired of cleaning the carpet of dust, mud, and debris. 4WD advised they were back-ordered and updated me weekly for two weeks on status, followed by a shipping email when shipped. They also offered alternatives and confirmed I was okay waiting for the mats. It was excellent communication. I installed the mats today and could not be happier with the outcome. My carpet mat was wearing out from gear shifting (standard shift transmission) and I have already noticed a difference in one day of driving. The firmness at my feet as I shift tells me these are going to hold up to my boot heel well. I am very happy with this purchase and the customer service I received.
