The tires I wanted were in stock. Fast, friendly service. Great job
Just made a appointment, dropped the car off and couple hours later, all work done in a professional manner.
All around great tire. Haven't driven car in snow yet. Quiet. Rides great. Not noisy. Great wet traction. Recommended highly.
These tires have been a great investment for my car, I live in MI with unpredictable seasonal weather and this makes my ride that much more comfortable and safe!
After 6000 miles of aggressive driving, these tires are great. Now my car is a Honda Accord Sport, so not a sports car, but I drive it to its full extent. The tires are sticky and pick up a lot of pebbles from the road, so you know they stick when you are driving. Wet weather is great too, can drive hard and don't really notice the rain water.
I cannot get over how great these tires are. The new Goodyear Exhilirate improved my G35 coupe's performance to a new level that I've never experienced in it before. I am a very spirited driver and enjoy every moment in my car as possible. I now can feel the car craving through each turn I throw it, but also provide an exceptional ride. You will not be disappointed!
I can't say enough about how great these tires perform on my 2018 Mustang. They help me accelerate and brake more quickly, they handle like a dream, and they look great on the car. I would recommend these tires to anyone with a sports car that enjoys taking their car out both for everyday use and the occasional Sunday cruise.
I like the product so far. They made me drive 150 miles to be able to get the rebate. Haven't been able to use the rebate because it doesn't show up. I asked them to send me a check, but they refused. You can't cash the rebate which was never part of the advertising. You can't use it anywhere you want which was never part of the advertising. and buying tires from them was one of the most difficult processes I've ever been through in my life. My problems still are not resolved although they claim they are with the constant emails I get saying they've done all the work. I can get no response. The rebate team and the company blame each other. And they are separate so be aware of that. I am 55 years old and have never had such a difficult purchase experience. The store people were fine. Horrible horrible customer service response. I will never buy their product again unless they do something to fix the issue. They want a payment but I can't even access my account online! Tried!!!
My preferred tires are not made in the size for my car, so these were second choice. They have more road noise than the OEM tires.
They have great grip on the road even in winter conditions. They re definitely a harder ride than the previous OEMs.
I have had these on a total of two weeks. They have a very distinct whistle to to them when you drive. Feel like driving on bricks when it gets below freezing. So far not a fan...
This tire wasn't the least expensive, but the next one up and it did have a good rating in Consumer Reports. Due to the fact that the tire has such a low profile, the ride comfort is not as smooth as taller tires. I have 20" rims and it should be smoother, but it still is bumpy.
Tires ride nice and handle adequately in the dry and wet. Looking forward to seeing what they will do this winter in the snow.
I just felt too many bumps and dips in the road. I did down grade to low profile tires, and I can really tell the difference. I have a 2001 Pontiac Firebird, and I went from p215/R16 to P245/R18.
I had Michelin tires that did not wear well so I tried Goodyear. These tires are an improvement and I am happy they are made in USA!
An amazing tire for all weather driving as I drive 800 miles back and forth frequently. Great traction and handling during heavy rainstorms on the interstate as well as on dry roads. Road noise was good and tread wear should match warranty miles. Only complaint was I lost between 3-5 miles per gallon with these tires. I got a great deal on these tires through the VA Canteen tire store so I can't complain about the price. So if you can afford the cost of the tire and less gas mpg these are your tires.
I just passed 22,000 miles on this set of Exhilerates. They replaced a set of Nokian's. The first 16,000 miles were awesome. They grab & release in all weather very nicely. After 16,500 they started to get noisy. Their handling remain very good but I have noticed the noise increase while on the highway. Most of my driving is at or greater than highway speeds.
My car came with run-flats that I dealt with for over 3.5 years. After the third failed run-flat, I finally came to my senses and decided to replace them with non run-flats. I am generally a fan of a certain brand of tires, but in part because they also made the terrible run-flats, I decided to try a different brand. I read good things about the Exhilirates, and it didn't hurt that they are a bit cheaper than most competitors. I have to say, I am mighty impressed with the tires. The performance - handling and traction (wet traction especially) - is quite strong. The Exhilirates are also softer and quieter when hitting bumps or potholes, which were far more jarring with the run-flats. That said, they are a little louder in terms of standard road noise than I would like. Overall, with ~5 months of use, I would say the Exhilirates border on Excellent. We'll see next winter how they are on snow. For anyone in the market for all season sporty tires, I recommend these.
I am very happy with these tires. The installer was correct that these tires would ride better and be quieter than my previous tires. I have had a few days of driving on wet roads and did not experience any kind of hydroplaning. Being low profile tires, they are definitely quieter than I expected. I was actually able to reduce the volume on the radio due to the reduce road noise. My only complaint is that it is quite the expense to buy these tires.
This set of tires grab & release the road very well. They are quiet too. The ONLY downside is that I get about 12% less fuel economy on them compared to my previous sets of tires. I drive a lot and put on >30k miles per year on my car. I rotate them between 5k-8k miles and maintain consistent air pressure in my tank of a sedan. If I can't ID another Goodyear A/S Tire with better rolling resistance, I will buy them again.
