Reviews: G2 Axle & Gear Dana 44 Ring and Pinion Sets

I installed G2 5.13 gears in my 2004 Rubicon stick shift and I loved with tires size 33 no regrets .

daily used with tires size #33 more power better performance i have to by speedo healer to correct the speeedometer but no complaint loved.

SO far they feel real good and or same as my old gears but now with a little more torque.

It was a gift to my husband! He said its a great product.

Awesome product. Very durable, took it through the Azusa canyon mud pits with no problem. btw. I run 37 inch tires

Having ALOT of experience with genuine gear i will say the G2 line is better than the old genuine gear line. If you want the best, factory dana/spicer or yukon is the way to go but they are more expensive. These G2 gears set up better than my experience with genuine gear and took minimal shim movements from factory to get a good pattern. It tells me the machining of the G2 line has gotten better over the years. Would i use again? Sure would.

I installed these gears in a part-time DD/Rockcrawler. The fit and close tolerances were great. I will use this brand again.
