Should have purchased this product along time ago. I had my doubts, with any programmer! Am more than satsified with this product. Bonus, if you need tech support for Q/A. You can cleary understand them on the other end of the line!

Installed in my 07 F150 5.4, these engines are notoriously sluggish and the trannies behind them shift like there's butter between the gears. Edge Evo really wakes it up, and the shifts are just how I like them now. Only downside I see is the speedo correction is off by quite a bit.

Yes if your a Gear-Head. Or you want more FUN. Or you want more Power for Towing. This does it all. NOTE: you must use Octane Booster or 91 for level 2 or 3.But you will gain MPG. ALSO:you can not change settings on the FLY. Must be Reprogrammed each time you change Power Settings.

Saw big gains with this product. Would recommend to everyone.

My expectations were not high just because everyone told me i was wasting my money. I was blown out of the water at the improvement. Its no where close to the improvement that you get from programing a diesel but it is noticable. faster and shifts great i could not be happier. I love the edge because unlike the other ones you get to display it on the dash. Highly recommend.

This product is really well built and packaged. Everything is top notch, from the unit itself to the dash pod, packaging, update software and website.

I have never been happy with Fords stock tune esp. when it came to throttle control when they went to "fly by wire". I have to admitt that the Edge tuner/programmer has changed that attitude completely, the truck is now quick on its legs and there is no fall off of throttle esp. when in bad/icy weather.The side benefit is that my milage has returned after I had installed a larger set of tires and the truck seems more full of life. It installed easy and the directions are well prepared and didn't leave you thinking "did I miss something". I can only say that they needed to put a second bracket in the package to get the best install.

I use my 04 F150 Lariat to run into the hills, haul quads, pull cargo trailers, and long distance road trips. The Edge Evolution wasn't so much a major power increase as it was a total performance enhancer. The truck responds to the throttle and shifts like a dream compared to the slow lazy operation it had at stock. The power is definately up, even on level 2 which is what I use. I don't see how you can go wrong with this unit with all the bang you get for your buck. I probably wouldn't have taken a chance on this product if it weren't for the confidence I have in 4WheelParts service. Been a customer for years and have never had a bad experience. Just ordered a set of wheels today. Thanks guys and gals.

Drove from Texas to va and got 17 mpg drove from va to Texas with edge installed set on Eco 21 mpg. Very pleased with this product.

This product is simple to install and works great! I bought it initially for the gauges and was very pleasantly surprised with the new found power provided by the tow setting. I love the firmer shifts and the seat-of-the-pants performance gains!

it is very easy to install, i have 35 inch tires and before i got the programmer my truck was very slow and trans wouldnt downshift correctly. now u cant even tell it has big tires it has alot more power and the fuel mileage inproved by about 2 to 3 miles per gallon, depending on how u drive

This is a great device. Gains in HP and Torque were great and it is so easily programmable to tire size, gears, etc. If you have modified your truck this is a must to calibrate the speedometer and get full use of your performance upgrades!

i use this product for work and everyday driving. i couldnt inmagin not having this in my truck.it incressed my hourespower, fuel econemyand best of all its very stillish.

Installed on my 1999 7.3 and the results were immediate. Amazing torque! My truck is completely stock, so I am keeping it on the Towing setting. I tried the Race setting.....awesome power!!!....but I use the Level 1 setting until I get a different exhaust and a method for monitoring EGT.

I bought the Edge Evo to recalibrate the speedometer and change my shift points after going to 33" tires on an '08 F150 (4.6L). The difference was obvious even on the "transmission only" setting and the truck drove like it had with the stock tires again. On Level 2 the 4.6L is more responsive than my stock '06 F150 (5.4L) and I gained 1.5MPG around town and over 2MPG on the highway--even with bigger tires. Level 3 doesn't improve drastically over Level 2 and fuel economy goes down again. This product pays for itself if it even saves you 1 speeding ticket due to an inaccurate speedo. It pays for itself again over time with increased fuel economy. The performance improvement is apparent even in the smaller Ford V8. There are a lot of settings a knowledgeable tuner can adjust independently of the "canned" settings, providing a "semi-custom" tune. The customizable settings are the only way to adjust for tire size or if you change gear ratios, but the available options cover every conceivable modification you could make to tires or gears. The read-out has a multitude of display options (up to 4 at a time) including speed, rpm, avg. mpg, instantaneous mpg, engine coolant temp, transmission temp, etc, etc. The only thing I would like to see is a color matched dash mounting pod. The gray color matches gray Ford interiors pretty well, but you'll have to paint it to match otherwise. If there was color option I would give it 5 stars.

Works great for towing, I pull a trailer everyday and this gave me a lot more power & the transmission shifts much firmer than before

This product offers the best increase in gas mileage on level 2. Easy setup and crucial when you get bigger tires.
